Corinna-Rosa Falkenberg is an accomplished international lawyer, M&A expert, and project manager with extensive experience leading cross-border projects in industries like Smart Cities, renewable energy, and mobility. She has independently closed multimillion-dollar deals, directed multinational teams, and worked as a team member on billion-dollar transactions such as Alstom and Dresser-Rand. Corinna-Rosa holds a Ph.D. in International Environmental Law and an LL.M. from the Sorbonne, and has worked as a consultant for UNESCO and the OECD, with a focus on sustainability and conflict resolution. Fluent in English, French, and German, she has lived in more than five countries and traveled to over 100, mostly in backpacking mode. Transformation is a key element of her work, and she continuously explores the challenge of living—a struggle that remains unchanged, no matter how we choose to approach it, whether through philosophy, yoga, a high-powered career in M&A, or even a carefully curated diet.
