About Dr. Cristina Allen Nd
I come from a creative background, playing in punk bands, tattooing, doing concert photography, and graphic design. I made the leap into the sciences in 2003 to study biology, which laid the groundwork for my path as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. As a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine for over a decade, I hope to introduce a unique adventure for our minds, bodies and spirit and explore the intersection of our health with everything near and dear to us, including cuisine, craft, culture, and nature. I practice lifestyle medicine to help my patients achieve sustainable, optimal health. I created Field Guide as a union of my private medical practice, lifestyle medicine brand, and docu-series. In 2020, the pandemic hit and I was presented a position in the cannabis industry. I saw it as an opportunity to participate in an entirely new industry and draw on my background as both a scientist and a creative, to help shape the field based on a value system that resonates with the conscious consumer while making a positive impact.Through these experiences, I co-founded HOME PLANET, a full-service creative consultancy that celebrates new perspectives around inclusive, regenerative, and circular economy by partnering with brands to cultivate customer centric transformation.
