Dr. Salinas is a bilingual neuropsychologist who has worked with over 6,000 children and adults from over 24 countries. She has held multiple leadership positions at national organizations and she is Co-Founder of the Cultural Neuropsychology Council. She is the Founder/Owner of Neuropsychology Concierge® where she is among the country’s first neuropsychologists to provide innovative practice models such as on-demand, at-home, and Virtual Autism+ Virtual ADHD diagnostic and treatment services to optimize how people learn, think, and feel since 2016. She conducts civil forensic neuropsychological evaluations and legal expert testimony. She is the Founder of Niños Health, a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to providing culturally responsive diagnostics to under-insured ethnic minority youth, particularly Latinx children. Dr. Salinas has provided over $230,000 in direct clinical and community outreach to the Central Florida region. Dr. Salinas is also the Founder of the Brain Tech Project, an open global community of leading clinicians and scientists that collaborate with technologists, entrepreneurs, investors, philanthropists, and universities in a virtual accelerator to propel innovation in brain health. She led the Brain Tech Project Virtual Summit in 2020, "Advancing Digital Transformation in Brain Healthcare," with over 1100 attendees from 28 countries. Dr. Salinas is a published author and scientist on 30 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters, as well as 35 invited national/international presentations. Previously, Dr. Salinas worked with cutting-edge, diagnostic technologies such as fMRI and BCI at the #1 Children’s Hospital in the United States, Boston Children’s Hospital, and contributing to the development of best practices at Harvard Medical School, Emory Medical School, and Advent Health. Dr. Cristi's background in innovation, executive leadership, cultural neuropsychology, elite sports and concussion/brain injury, neurosurgical populations such as epilepsy, functional brain mapping, neurodevelopmental disorders, and bilingualism makes her unique in the field. She is known for her innovation regarding novel practice models (concierge and teleneuropsychology). She sees patients in Florida plus she consults with clients and organizations worldwide.
