Chandrasekar is an accomplished leader with a robust track record of achievements.Currently, I serve as the Chief Executive Officer of EGS Pillay Group of Institutions in Nagapattinam and the Academic Director of EGS Pillay Arts and Science College. Additionally, I hold the position of President of the Community Radio Association of India (Southern Region), overseeing activities across six states (Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and Kerala). I am also the Station Head of EGS Pillay Community Radio Station 90.0 FM and the Placement Head for the Group of Institutions.My academic journey includes dual post-graduation with an M.Com (University First Rank) and an MBA from Bharathiar University. As a researcher, I have earned an M.Phil and a Doctorate from Bharathiar University. I also hold an LLB from KSLU and am committed to providing free legal aid to those in need. My research on the employability skills of engineering students has been published nationally and serves as a foundation for enhancing student employability at various institutions.With over two decades of teaching experience in India and abroad, I have published 11 papers, authored two books, and contributed a book chapter. I hold three patents and have secured significant project funding, including Rs. 45.80 lakhs from DST and Rs. 25.12 lakhs from the Government of Tamil Nadu.I am a certified faculty member trained by Stanford University, Wadhwani Foundation, Goldman Sachs, London Business School, and the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India to teach entrepreneurship. Recognized by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, I mentor and guide budding entrepreneurs in business plan preparation and opportunity identification.Previously, I served as the President of Junior Chamber International Coimbatore Cosmo, an organization dedicated to fostering young entrepreneurs and leaders globally.
