After an enriching corporate career spanning over 20 years in local, regional, and global leadership roles, I founded Clarus Consulting in 2014. My first assignment was with the World Food Programme in Rome, Italy, where I served as a change management consultant.I’m passionate about helping leaders discover and articulate their unique value propositions on a global scale. If I could lead a global team and manage international projects from Penang, Malaysia—why can’t anyone?Today, I collaborate with senior leaders on change, innovation, and consulting projects.
