As Chair of the Department of the Urology and Innovation Director at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital (LUX MED Group), I deal with the treatment of complex urological cases utilising an advanced approach, and also with the introduction of innovative diagnostic and therapeutic methods in urology to the Polish medical market. In addition to many years of management experience in the private medical sector, I am a fan and enthusiast of all activities that increase prevention and awareness of a healthy lifestyle, in particular encouraging regular preventive examinations by men. Advanced diagnostic methods are a particular favorite of mine, because thanks to these techniques we can win the struggle against prostate cancer long before the first visible symptoms appear.I am honored to hold the international FEBU (Fellow of the European Board of Urology) title.I was born in the United States where I began my education. I studied in Montreal (McGill University), in Krakow (Jagiellonian University), and in Msida (University of Malta). During the military operations in 2008 in Georgia, I was the coordinator of the Medical and Humanitarian Mission of the Association of Polish Knights of Malta, in cooperation with UNHCR, providing medical care in the refugee camp in Gori. I am passionate about tracking all technological and medical innovations. On a daily basis I treat patients at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital.
