We work with communities, academia, government and business to create better strategies and solutions for environmental and social fairness.We have associated on projects concerning one of the major challenges of the business, “Collective Bargaining and Freedom of Association”. Other FIP was to focus on “Documentation” aiming to create a better transparent relationship between the suppliers and the brands. Our mission is to facilitate ethical development by enabling the industry stakeholders to make them achieve the economic goals by attaining social principles.The DRD Team is qualified in the field of Human Rights with quality industry experience. We are based in India. Our core competencies are providing consultation to brands, suppliers, multi-stakeholder organizations in corporate governance; undertaking compliance monitoring, training and capacity building programmes for brands, factories and workers, and documentation among others. We have been associated with international brands and multi stakeholder organizations like that of, Good Weave International, GIZ and also involved in documentation including policy making, guidelines setting, development of CSR manual. We have also provided consultancy to brands/MSIs on development of reporting tools on labour standards and recently concluded the policy and guideline development of the CSR division of an international accessory brand based in US.
