I was part of, and worked with, the Biologics Solutions Leadership Team in developing the technology and operational strategy within the C> CDMO Business Unit, ensuring that the CDMO’s strategic planning projects aligned with CRL corporate strategic priorities and translated into actionable and qualitative plans.* Strategic Partnership deal making resulting in ~$20-25m of equity investment into strategic partners, along with Material Transfer Agreements, Co-marketing & Sales Agreements, and Technology Licensing. * Actively maintained 2 Board Observer positions within partner companies, providing wider strategic sector insight.* Subject Matter Expert in Advanced Therapies spanning discovery to clinical/commercial manufacture.* Co-ordinated the Biologics Solutions Business Unit Strategic in 2022 & 2023, accountable for maintaining a dynamic technology partnership and M&A roadmap.
