I lead teams eager to make a difference overseas. I have traveled to over 60 countries of the world and recruited, trained, and directed teams of goodwill ambassadors serving in Germany, Japan, England, Mexico, Russia, Israel, and Thailand.

Pioneered upper-division integration courses for the university. Designed content, developed curriculum, and taught "Authentic Manhood"​ for graduating senior men for 40 quarters during my decade of service at Biola University. Also advised and consulted on the development of the "Authentic Womanhood" course there.

Pioneered and programmed a multi-venue leadership camp impacting over 21,000 high schoolers hosted in 7 southwest states (California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, and Colorado). Also wrote, produced, choreographed, and directed live shows (some televised) involving thousands of cast members for the Sun Bowl, Fiesta Bowl, Disney, Sea World, San Diego.
