The OIC is:- Responsible for management of the Service Rifle team- Provide recommendations as advisor to the Program Manager- Manage Alpha Rosters (including Soldier and unit POC information)- Provide recommendation for selection/separation of team members and support staff- Conduct USARMU selection process- Forecast budget for upcoming fiscal year and execute budget- Maintain a yearly competition and training events calendar, and provide to Program Manager- Compete with team at national professional marksmanship events, including but not limited to the Annual Interservice Rifle Championships and the National Trophy Rifle Matches- Publish Letters of Instruction (LOI) for events and training sessions- Oversee team travel and lodging arrangements- Prepare finance packets for team members needing assistance- Prepare team ammunition forecast- Coordinate requests for gunsmith and equipment support- Provide recommendations for membership/separation to the PM- Assist in the Recoup of equipment from retiring/separating/non-compliant teammembers- Submit After Action Reports (AAR) on team events NLT 10 days to the PM- Maintain updated member information packets containing unit information, NRAclassification, and distinguished information- Ensure team participation in USARMU events

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Remain board certified- Render designated on-site professional and competent health care Services and medical care to patients of Hospital, including participating in Hospital's call coverage and on-call lists- Perform Hospital rounds.- Supervise and provide medical direction to persons who assist Physician in rendering professional Services at Hospital.- Educate and train employees and Practice staff recruited to support Physician in the delivery of Services.- Participate in Hospital's quality assurance, compliance and patient satisfaction program(s).- Provide health care on a non-discriminatory basis to all Hospital's patients regardless of race, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), religion, disability, national origin, age, payor source, ability to pay or medical complexity consistent with Hospital's current applicable policies and procedures, practice, mission and philosophy.Assist Hospital in ensuring that the provision of medical Services complies with all applicable policies and requirements of licensing, regulatory and accrediting bodies.- Assist Hospital with third-party credentialing, billing and collection matters, including Medicare and Medicaid, and private third-party payors.- Coordinate medical care and maintain effective professional relationships with Hospital physicians.- Participate in regular Medical Staff functions as required to maintain active medical staff membership - Assist Hospital in recruiting, training and development of new physicians- Participate in Committees, Physician Meetings, and Task Forces, which promote excellence in Hospital performance and communication- Facilitate internal compliance and auditing processes.- Promote the use of medical technology and reporting of quality indicators to improve health care

- Completion of all Flight Duty Medical Exams(FDME’s) and Flight Duty Health Screens (FDHS’s)- Completion of DA 2992, Medical Recommendation for Flying Duty, for all Aircrew Members- Implementation and monitoring of a tracking system for all submitted FDME’s and FDHS’s. - Monitoring of Unit Medical Readiness and Deployability- Aeromedical Waiver Submission, Processing and Review- Attendance at Aviation Safety Councils. - Review the Aviation Pre-Accident Plan with implementation and planning of simulatedmishaps with the local area authorities, as directed from the ARMS team. - Pilot and Aircrew Member Survival and Physiological Education and Training.- Monitor the Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE) Program and conduct ALSE Inspections. - Preparation for Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) Inspection- Flight Line Occupational Inspection for Godman Army Airfield.- Review of Medical Not Ready (MNR) Lists for soldiers enrolled in the Physical Disability and Evaluation System.- Execution of flying duty with all crewmembers in all available airframes on all allowable mission profiles- Establish Training Plan and Supervise Training of all assigned medics. - Mandatory Monthly Safety Training- Special Staff Officer Functions as advisor to the commander
