I'm a director and co-founder of SpecTraining, a registered training organisation, and Director at the Institute for Learning and Performance (AsiaPacific) ILP. Simply put, I am a passionate and committed contributor to the areas of professional development, education and training, workplace communication, and leadership. I have a Master of Business Administration from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) along with various vocational qualifications. You might be interested in the fact that I've authored and co-authored several textbooks, publications, and podcasts on vocational training and assessment, business communication, retail, and leadership. I have also delivered trainer and assessor training to the Queensland Police Service, co-facilitated the MiGas Headstart program for year 12 students, and co-founded the Australian Institute of Business Leadership and Equine Encounters Australia. My personal mission is to leave a positive legacy that is a net plus for our planet.
