My achievements include the implementation of the district's ADEPT plan, overseeing teacher certification, and implementing a successful recruiting strategy that saved the district over $200,000.In my role as a Grant Coordinator for Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) at Clarendon School District One, I coordinated the implementation of grants, managing a budget of over $300,000. Throughout my career, I've been actively involved in publications and presentations, sharing insights on topics ranging from single-gender education effects to implementing academic standards.
