A corporate trainer by passion, have been conducting corporate training for executives in Stockholm on Lean 6 Sigma, Leadership Skills, Business Communication etc. I have been receiving excellent feedback on my trainings.In terms of qualification, I hold a PhD degree in Mgmt. My research title was ’Application of Neuro Linguistic Programming Tools For Effective Classroom Environment and Students’ Performance’. Thesis has been evaluated by external examiners from IIT Roorkee and University of Massachusetts, Boston, USA.Prior to this, I contributed to some Indian universities including Amity University and the North Cap University as Assistant Professor(Business Communication) for ten years. My last full-time job in corporate sector was Manager(Training) for Convergys, Gurgaon.I have fifteen research papers published in various national/ international journals of repute and conference proceedings of national/ international conferences organized by various academic and professional institutions.One of our research papers titled Modeling Faculty Student Rapport(co-authored with my research supervisors) has been awarded Best Paper in National HR Conference on Business Excellence Through Enhanced Human Capital: The Changing Face of People Practices organized by LBSIM, Dwarka, New Delhi. Session was chaired by Prof Punam Sahgal, Former Prof and Dean, IIM- Lucknow. Apart from this, I was awarded Best Speaker at an international conference organized by Amity University, Lucknow in 2014 for paper presentation. Dr Vandana Lunyal had chaired this session.I strongly believe in quality rather than quantity.
