As Managing Director of the company, she guides her team to focus on operations and management of group hospitals ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the hospitals. Under her able leadership "ACCORD HOSPITALS” won the 2018 Best Multispecialty Hospital in PCMC-PUNE .She was awarded the SAAVY WOMEN ENTREPRENEUR OF THE YEAR 2018 for out standing work done in the healthcare industry.
