Dr. Deepika Ramamoorthy is currently Faculty of Marketing at Rajalakshmi School of Business. She brings with her a wealth of corporate and academic experience that spans close to a decade, during which she has contributed significantly to teaching and research at prestigious institutions such as Apollo Hospitals, Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), and Anna University, where she earned her PhD from the esteemed CEG Campus. Notably, Dr. Deepika has excelled in her academic pursuits, achieving the remarkable feat of qualifying the UGC's NET (Management) thrice. She is also certified in Business Analytics from Great Lakes Institute of Management, reflecting her dedication to staying at the forefront of her field. Her scholarly achievements are evidenced by her extensive publications in national and international peer-reviewed ABDC/Scopus indexed journals. Recognized for her outstanding contributions to education, Dr. Deepika was honored with the "Best Teacher Award" by Rajalakshmi School of Business for the academic year 2022 - 2023. Additionally, she has recently received the "Inspirational Mentor Award" from Tmt. Kanimozhi Karunanidhi, MP, Lok Sabha, Government of India in ASETJMS Edu Conclave Awards 2024, in recognition of Teachers' Day. Dr. Deepika also serves as a Reviewer for esteemed ABDC and Scopus indexed journals such as the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services and the Journal of Wealth Management. She is the author of the insightful book titled "The Game Changer – Smartphone Shopping Applications.". Dr. Deepika has addressed various business graduates across different domains, inspiring and guiding them in their professional journeys. Furthermore, she holds certifications as a Behaviour & Mentoring Analyst and an AIMA BizLab Certified Trainer, further underscoring her expertise and dedication to her profession.
