I am passionate about player welfare and have amassed over 20 years of experience working in high performance sport. Currently I manage the development and delivery of all aspects of the Player Development Programme at Rugby Players Ireland. This includes career, education, personal and financial development as well as mental well-being support for current and former professional rugby players. A Chartered Psychologist by training, my approach is person-centred, where players and athletes are viewed as people first, and their personal development is tailored to their needs.
