  I started out in 2001 as the Associate Pastoral Care Minister of Eagle's Landing First Baptist Church with the responsibility of building an independent counseling center. Working with Terry Hash, Pastoral Care Minister, as my boss I worked to build the center to the point that in July, 2006 we were able to become independent of the church. Working with Terry Hash, Pastoral Care Minister, as my boss I worked to build the center to the point that in July, 2006 we were able to become independent of the church. At that time, I became the executive director with the responsibilities of hiring, firing, marketing, overseeing client intake, providing supervision, and maintaining a client case load. Now we have grown to 19 full and part-time counselors occupying about 5,000 square feet of space in McDonough, GA, with a small satellite office in Conyers, GA.
