His Leadership role across Environment, Energy, Occupational Health & Safety (EEOHS) domain and his Mentorship to enable smooth execution of Business processes and consistent results in Environment. In a career spanning around 17+ years, Dr. Dhiraj Kumar Singh, an environmentalist and a research scholar acted as a leader by successfully handling more than 5,600 projects in the field of EIA/EMP domain. He combines a rare amalgamation of knowledge with powerful business acumen. He has pioneered the organization to its present state achieving phenomenal growth of the company through dedication, leadership, meticulous planning and far-reaching strategic approach. He had mentored and trained 1000 plus professionals in the field of environment out of which 80% are working in various fields as Environment scientists/engineers, researchers, Impact evaluation coordinator and remaining 20% have taken the entrepreneur route and are consulting on environment aspects.
