Responsible for bringing evidence-based practices into classrooms by working w/ & supporting teachers w/ the goal of increasing student engagement, improving student achievement, & building teacher capacity. Coordinate w/ campus administrators to provide extended learning opportunities for identified students. -Develop curriculum-based assessments for STAAR/EOC tested courses. -Support PLCs w/ analyzing & interpreting testing data.-Assist w/ the coordination of the state-mandated assessment program as needed.-Conduct & provide staff development workshops/training as requested by the administration.-Provide curriculum resources & materials to support staff in accomplishing program goals & in -promoting student achievement.-Assist w/ the selection & purchase of supplemental equipment & supplies for the program
