One of my most influential early models of dedication and determination was my father. Growing up at the Masonic Home and School as an orphan, he went on to graduate from Texas A&M, serve as an officer in World War II, raise a family of six, obtain his CPA and run a successful accounting firm for forty years. His example of achieving through perseverance and service has been a guiding force throughout my personal and professional life. Today as a transformational executive I build and lead strategies, people and processes to achieve record outcomes in large service-oriented organizations. A valued member of executive teams, I am adept at identifying, strengthening and driving the key levers of performance. Throughout my career I have been recognized for coalescing stakeholders around common purpose and vision. By blending analytical insight, strategic thinking and team leadership skills with engaging interpersonal style, enthusiasm and bias for action I deliver in key areas. Strategic Planning – Built multiple plans in various roles, consistently achieving targets each year, in one case delivering 22 months of consecutive growth.Organizational Design and Redesign – Transformed executive board to be all inclusive with first African American chair and three women; developed board roles/responsibilities, onboarding and bylaws.Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement – Leveraged CLO Forum, Women in Aviation National Conference, Boy Scouts of America National Conference, and industry events along with social media to increase awareness of organization and mission.
