He holds, a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Technology Management from Webster University in Columbia South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, South Carolina.Dr. Dicks brings over 25 years of technology experience, spanning various sectors including government agencies, private companies, and academia. As a professor since 2014, he has instructed students domestically and internationally. His teaching portfolio encompasses a wide array of subjects, ranging from cybersecurity, database design, to cloud computing, etc. He has also created and redesigned several classes to meet accreditation and NSA (National Security Agency) guidelines. He also consults and speaks on the impact of Al and Automation to students, businesses, and various communities.Additionally, Dr. Dicks is a prominent figure in discussions surrounding automation and Artificial Intelligence, having made appearances on major television networks such as FOX, PBS, CBS, NBC, and multiple podcasts.
