Currently I am creating an iMovie series of 30 minute segments to be used as a teaching tool for Schools of Education and/or Teacher Professional Development. These videos would also be useful to the Director of Schools who is trying to upgrade the skills of principals or other supervisors with the responsibility for TEACHER EVALUATION. The TEAM model is the primary focus of these videos, however the series is a solid research based instructional planning process that includes all of the elements required in FORMATIVE ASSESSMENT , WRITING MEASURABLE LEARNING OBJECTIVES, DIFFERENTIATED INSTRUCTION, TEACHING STRATEGIES, ALIGNMENT OF CURRICULUM TO INSTRUCTIONAL OBJECTIVES AND ASSESSMENT and much more....
