Directed the operation of an unsecured 24 hour residential detention facility for delinquent, adolescent girls referred by the state Division of Youth Rehabilitation Services (DYRS). Managed a staff of 25 and approximately 8 volunteers consisting of part-time and full-time staff. Created, implemented, and evaluated full time specific educational programming for the residents; oversaw the teaching staff that provided the educational instruction for the residents. Provided seamless services to clients and their families as they waited for the completion of the adjudication process.
