With 30 years of experience in education and non-profit sectors, I am a visionary leader and educator who is passionate about serving young families, particularly at-risk youth and minority women. As the Executive Director of Delaware Adolescent Program Inc. (DAPI), I provide strategic direction and operational oversight to a statewide organization that offers comprehensive academic, health, and social services to pregnant and parenting teens.I also leverage my skills and knowledge as an independent training consultant and sole proprietor of my own business, where I design and deliver tailor-made workshops and presentations on various professional development topics. I have a proven track record of engaging diverse audiences, facilitating learning outcomes, and enhancing productivity and performance. I hold an Ed.D. in Education from Wilmington University, an M.Ed. in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from Coppin State University, and a BA in Psychology from Hampton University.
