Managed an extreme sports facility, working with climbing, inline hockey, skateboarding, BMX and Inline skating. Founded and created what became the largest inline hockey tournaments in the Asia Pacific region starting from scratch to four years later having over forty teams from twelve different countries.

Managed a Coaching Company with a team of fifteen multi-sport coaches who worked in schools, sports clubs and residential complexes across Hong Kong.

Managed the private members 'Splash Club' at the time one of the largest sports clubs in Beijing. Managing a team of over twenty local staff and offering activities including swimming, beach volleyball, golf tournaments, tennis tournaments and a range of other events for members.
