I elevated the knowledge base of over 3,500 pastors to competency in over 16 different theological subjects over three years despite the illiteracy of some and the added complexity of teaching cross cultural students who speak a language other than English. These subject areas included Soteriology, Hermeneutics, Theology Proper, Christology, Ecclesiology, Pneumatology, Eschatology, Pastoral Leadership, and other courses.

As a Relationship Manager for Indymac Bank I started working the Northern California territory and built it from a virgin territory to $20,000,000 in loan production in 18 months. Part of that effort involved training mortgage brokers and their loan officers, individually and in group settings, to present mortgage product features in ways that satisfied customer needs and desires. I also provided extensive training to the back-office employees so that they would feel conversant with the proprietary software to process and submit loans in an efficient manner. I also acted as an interface between my company and the clients to resolve potential loan package issues before they became an impediment to loan completion.
