Senior Technical Design And Production Manager
CurrentWork closely with a variety of internal teammates both cross functional and interdepartmental as a leader and individual contributor to ensure the successful completion of tech intensive and experimental design efforts and build projects on time and within budget, while also bringing vision and creativity to this growing and dynamic production environment. Anticipate and troubleshoot potential problems in a technical design and guide their team of designers toward better solutions. In the Production phase, also work to direct their team’s work to be delivered on time and on budget. Lead the installation efforts of Meow Wolf’s in-house tech production scope, guiding team members through onsite problem solving, fabrication, and testing to ensure that all elements meet the technical creative intent of functionality. Proactive approach with strong strategic, analytical, communication skills. Act as a conduit between vested stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
