• Oversee accounts receivable for wholesales and international accounts• Assist and support our financial factor by resolving issues, uploading, providing additional documents, etc• Process inventory returns and maintain a current report by receiving inventory in ERP system • Resolve and Communicate any disputes or concerns with the sales and warehouse department to better streamline processes• Monitor and Maintain Accounts Receivable Aging Report • Enter AR cash receipts and customer payments in ERP system Full Circle• Collect and respond to any customer inquiries for any past due balances or concerns• Vendor and Ambassador Contract maintenance and set up• Reconcile purchase orders to invoices for wholesale and international accounts• Track ambassadors’ contracts and pay correct royalty amounts by running ERP system sales reports • Resolve chargebacks, make adjustments, and issue credit memos• Work in Inventory Reconciliation and freight-in price matching• Record, Track and Report inventory returns• Prepare cash and check payments for bank deposit• Collect, Organize, and process bi weekly payroll for all timecard employees• Assist in Human Resources Dept with employee onboarding process• Assist in year-end 1099 and W-2 tax season process• Work with year-end auditors by providing excellent communication & data collection
