Responsible for building the global and international social strategy, including hiring, training and developing a team of experts in social media, partnerships, content marketing and analytics, working directly with a full funnel digital marketing strategy inclusive of demand and lead generation and conversion driving programs. Responsible for setting performance goals for the team aligned with the company objectives, the strategies to achieve them, and then executing them. Built infrastructure needed to execute world class stories across all channels while working in collaboration with the creative and digital marketing teams to launch revenue-driving campaigns as well as a global social editorial calendar, and content strategy.

Responsible for creating a social media strategy to produce local content that aligned with brand strategic priorities, managed local social channels in NYC, including strategizing, art direction, copywriting, and working with the North America storyteller team, as well as global partners to bring the product and brand influencers’ stories to life. Organically increased Instagram following from 100 to 26K in followers.
