Responsibilities aligned with roles such as office clerk, billing clerk, and dispatching shipping orders. Telephone communications with taking orders for customers and sending them invoices. I uploaded the truckers’ pods with inventory and made sure they had invoices for delivered goods. I was responsible for ensuring smooth communication between the warehouse and the office. I synced pods so that the companies would get billed for their received items once the trucks were finished with their routes. I maintained invoices, shipping orders and filed most of all our paperwork.

Main duties include taking care of all cash pulls and tills. Assigning registers to other cashiers. Helping with the cashiers when the lines get long. Making sure that the front of the store meets satisfactory guidelines and looks pleasing to the customers. Taking back returns and scanning them and reticketing the items. Making sure all items returned either go back on the sales floor or are damaged out correctly. Pricing individual items that have no tickets. Working at the Customer Service desk and maintaining a good rapport with customers, making sure the customer is happy with our handling of any problems. Making sure that everyone gets their break and lunch on time as stated on the morning roster. Making sure each employee initials their given task that is assigned to them each morning. Keeping all carts put away to maximize the store appearance and maintain safety for our customers. Keeping caution signs out when it is wet outside and water is tracked in or if there is a spill. Key holder for all jewelry/perfume and making sure the jewelry is scanned properly and properly handled and locked behind secure display. Unpacking all watches and other jewelry and scanning all boxes that come to the front end of the store.

I implemented all material adopted by the Bossier Parish School System, to students who were in trouble with their home school, the law etc. I took part in countless seminars. I strived to learn from other middle school teachers. Taught a very culturally rich variety of students. Experienced teaching on a whole new level. Learned a wealth of knowledge on how to deal with and oversee extremely intense situations. Participated and completed a book study on positive reinforcements.

I taught all core subjects, granted tenure after seven years of rigorous teaching. Highly professional experience with grade level first through fifth.
