President of Associated Reserve Planners of Canada provides training and software solutions compliant with the ICBI Generally Accepted Reserve Study Standards. Appraisal experience dates back to 1986 when Brian began his career with CMHC. Brian has operated in SK, AB and BC and currently offering market value and replacement cost appraisal services, reserve fund study and depreciation reports as well as condominium document review services. Associated Reserve Planners of Canada (ARPC) is a network of reserve fund planners across Canada providing reserve fund studies or depreciation reports to strata and condominium corporations. All reports comply with the ICBI standards as well as the Financial Reporting & Assurance Standards Canada. Brian sits on the Advisory Board of the International Capital Budgeting Institute which published the Generally Accepted Reserve Study Standards in 2015. Brian is the Canadian distributor of RFA Pro software, the only software available in Canada which meets the ICBI standards. Experience: Residential appraiser since 1986 holding the DAR designation and previous holder of a CRA designation. Obtained the Designated Reserve Planner designation, DRP in 2012. Additional education includes a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in finance and completion of the Canadian Securities Course. Dream Home Appraisal Corp. offers market value and replacement cost appraisals as well as reserve fund studies or depreciation reports.Currently an instructor with the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers, CNAREA, in the Designated Reserve Planner, DRP, program.
