I am a creative leader, analyst, and operator with a diverse career spanning advertising, television, film, experience design and media. Currently, I work in research and advisory for one of the world’s most renowned firms. My core expertise includes building brands, shaping high-performing cultures, and leveraging creativity to drive growth. At Forrester, my primary role is to combine my extensive experience with our wealth of data and insights to anticipate opportunities arising from new technologies, cultural shifts, economic forces, and evolving consumer and employee behaviors.My team at Forrester consists of analysts, researchers, and executive partners who support technology, marketing, digital business, and CX leaders across all industries, as well as agency and management consulting executives worldwide. I also have research shaping the future of work, and analysts dedicated to forecasting job creation and loss, technology’s impact on industries, and global spending in tech, marketing, services, and retail.Before joining Forrester, I served as Chief Operating Officer at Austin-based T3, where I led four offices and elevated the firm to a top position in “The Forrester Wave™: Innovation Agencies, 2014”. Prior to T3, I worked at Butler, Shine, and Stern & Partners, overseeing digital operations and strategy for clients like MINI, Priceline, and Columbia Sportswear. Earlier, I was the first integrated creative executive at MullenLowe, where I developed the company’s end-to-end digital creative and production capabilities.My career began as a creative in both art and copy, producing Emmy-winning work for PBS, Discovery, Comcast, and MTV. I also have several film credits and a robust automotive advertising portfolio, highlighted by the industry’s first-ever online car configurators.Speaker credits include: Cannes Lions, SXSW, ANA, Mobile Media Summit, 4As, MacWorld, SIGGRAPH, IxDA, Promax BDA, SoDA Global Summit, APPNATION, and Forrester’s summits.
