Following the launch of Resilium Insurance Broking my role has expanded to include project management and all aspects of the technology that Resilium and Resilium Insurance Broking rely upon to manage their businesses, service Advisers and their customers.Achievements• Streamlining the operation of the Broker Management Systems (eClipse)• Implementation of outsourced payments system saving the brokerage time and resources (Macquarie Bank DEFT)• Worked with other head office teams to deliver improved technological solutions

Following the purchase of AM GI Distribution (AMPGID) by Suncorp and the merger of the Suncorp AMP Relationship Team and AMPGID Operations teams into the Resilium Chief Operating Office (COO). I was appointed as project manager reporting into the Chief Operating Officer.As the Resilium project manager I have delivered a number of major projects and worked with other Suncorp projects that impact Resilium.Achievements were• Responsible for all major project deliveries including AMP Transition In project which consisted of 3 major streams: • Transition In – Moving all AMPGID staff from AMP to Suncorp, Transition of AMP Shared Services functions from AMP to Resilium, Transition 270 Adviser practices from AMP systems to Suncorp systems • Broker Transition – All AMP Broker business was transferred to the Suncorp Vero channel and Strata policies were transferred to Longitude an external company • Oversight to PM delivering the rebranding of AMPGID to Resilium• Project Management of the creation and launch of Resilium Insurance Broking Pty Ltd• Project Management of Financial Planner Referral Program• Awarded 2 Commercial Insurance Quarterly achievement awards• Based on consistent high performance I was chosen to attend the Resilium Offshore Adviser Conference (Vietnam and Cambodia) as the COO Team representative

Responsible for Programme Management of all major implementations that impacted AMP. This work varied from managing my own projects (budgets up to 1.5M) such as the CI & PI AMP Adviser Administration Fee Projects, project management of the renegotiation of the 2007 AMP Manufacturing and Distribution Agreement (including RFP response and finalisation of the new legal agreement), high level overview of implementations being managed by others and detailed daily interactions with Project Managers in larger implementations (i.e. new systems).

Responsible for Project Management of various projects within the Personal, Commercial and Workers Compensation business units. Some of the projects I have worked on include Commercial Insurance FSR, Public Liability Crisis Taskforce, Hired Labour & Contractors Endorsement implementation, Commercial Insurance Fulfilment (Business PM and PMO Manager). During this time I also spent 3 months managing the CTP IT team.Achievements• Projects delivered on time and budget• Consistently high stakeholder feedback scores

Following the purchase of GIO by AMP I was appointed as the General Insurance GST Project Manager responsible for the project management of the GIO and AMP GI GST projects. In addition to this work I also conducted GST audits for the AMP GI Board of Directors of our joint venture companies (NTI, RACQI and RAAI) to ensure that they were prepared for the introduction of the GST.

During my time with AMP General Insurance I project managed the AMP General Insurance GST project and following the purchase of GIO Australia by AMP I was appointed as the General Insurance GST Project Manager responsible for the project management of the GIO and AMP GI GST projects. In addition to this work I also:• Conducted GST audits for the AMP GI Board of Directors of our joint venture companies (NTI, RACQI and RAAI) to ensure that they were prepared for the introduction of the GST.• Implementation of the Insurance Reference Service (IRS) database into the AMP General Insurance mainframe systems which reduced fraud by streamlining the process to identify serial claimants• Implementation of Lotus Notes for all AMP GI staff which involved moving all staff from the mainframe email system, to new PC's and Lotus Notes• Awarded Team Gold Award in 2000 and Silver Award in 1999 and 2000• Initiated review of telephone and computer network charges in January 1999 resulting in annual savings of $165,000 per annum

During this time I was the Assistant Financial Accountant and Systems Accountant.My role consisted of ensuring that the financial and systems accounts were reconciled.My role also consisted of a large amount of change management and process redesign as the team moved to greater use of PC systems to improve controls, processes and reduce time frames to complete accounting entries.

During this time Churinga Designs was included in the Business Review Weekly (BRW) Top 100 fastest growing small companies in Australia.My role as Operations Manager was responsible for the financial and operational aspects of the business. Major changes that I introduced during my time at Churinga were:• Introduction of new general ledger and stock control systems • Documentation of all financial and operational procedures• Implementation of a new IT infrastructure (PC's and network)
