The Business Committee performs the executive function of the University, arranging and carrying out its business. Example activities include conferring with the Committees of the other ‘Ancient’ universities on matters of common interest, exploring University income creation from “non-traditional” sources, and keeping a watchful eye on political developments that could impact the University (e.g. Brexit).

Owned the end-to-end customer experience for over 20 million customers, helping to prepare the company for its successful exit (acquired by AllState for $1.4B in 2016).Focused on tackling the company's most important business priorities, including unlocking new efficiencies, driving alignment on strategy, and building foundational business infrastructure. Example projects include reducing cost per claim, overhauling all administrative processes for increased efficiency, and reshaping the online claims experience.
