After many years launching products and services for a number of industries, I have returned to the farming background of my youth to focus on solving the most important challenge facing the world today: that of sustainability. Our efforts are focused on providing farmers with the tools to do their jobs more efficiently. TVE and Davoodi have built a professional partnership through their aligning strategic objectives. In early 2013, Davoodi was offered an opportunity to jointly develop TVE Australasia with the parent company TVE. The objective of TVE Australasia is to develop an Australasian based sales, supply and support division for the extensive product range of specialised motors. TVE further intends to diversify and expand the product range in the Australasian Market.

Moving into the role of a Director my responsibilities included management of Engineering, Research and Development, Operations, Manufacturing and Assembly.

This position saw me redeveloping the workshop and operation system to achieve budgeted turnover for the company as well as continuing responsibility for engineering research and development for the company.

Responsibilities included mining equipment rebuilds engineering, new equipment engineering, research and development, manufacturing development, warranty issues and development of new products for the mining industry.

This company I founded in 2007 to focus on the Research and Development for the Agriculture and Mining industry. During this time my developments included, the first ever underground mining electronic accelerator with a SIL 2 rating and a livestock management software system called Precision Livestock Management. My role was all inclusive as the owner and director.

Staring out as an Electrical apprentice my determination and hard work saw me promote through the company and become a part owner. During this time I successfully developed and implemented production strategies for several products for the rail industry for use in Australia, England and Malaysia. I was also an integral part of a Joint Venture with a Chinese Company to set up a production facility in China.

As part of the family company this was where my foundations were created, it is where I learned firsthand the hardships and joys of running a business and was where I was given the tools and grounding to start my career. It included a commercial piggery, Merino sheep and grain production and retail. During this time I worked on a trial project which was a pilot aquaculture project that grew silver perch and crayfish with the aim to develop a commercial intensive fish farm, unfortunately economic times were not in my favour so this project never reached its full potential.
