As a recognized thought leader in transgender awareness, inclusion, and conscious-driven leadership, I have spent over 20 years leading, educating, and advocating for marginalized communities globally. From my tenure as a U.S. Air Force Lt. Colonel to my role as Founder & CEO of The Global Trans Equity Project (GTEP), I have consistently worked to create environments that prioritize equity, inclusion, and sustainable change.At GTEP, I oversee the annual budget, strategic outlook, grant initiatives, and research and development while spearheading initiatives that have expanded the organization's impact from serving one priority population to over nine, including veterans, transgender and non-binary people, individuals living with HIV, and those impacted by reproductive health.
