As a recognized thought leader in transgender awareness, inclusion, and conscious-driven leadership, I have spent over 20 years leading, educating, and advocating for marginalized communities globally. From my tenure as a U.S. Air Force Lt. Colonel to my role as Founder & CEO of The Global Trans Equity Project (GTEP), I have consistently worked to create environments that prioritize equity, inclusion, and sustainable change.At GTEP, I oversee the annual budget, strategic outlook, grant initiatives, and research and development while spearheading initiatives that have expanded the organization's impact from serving one priority population to over nine, including veterans, transgender and non-binary people, individuals living with HIV, and those impacted by reproductive health. Our research and advocacy efforts are leading to significant policy changes in the U.S., while our global presence has positioned us as leaders in transgender health equity and justice.I am also a sought-after speaker and corporate trainer, having delivered leadership and inclusion programs to Fortune 500 companies, universities, and municipalities, including Amazon, SHRM, and the City of Oshkosh. My work focuses on ethical leadership, emotional intelligence, and fostering inclusive corporate cultures, leading to measurable improvements in diversity and leadership effectiveness.In addition to my corporate and nonprofit work, I have moderated and hosted national roundtables and conversations on political policy and legislation, bringing together lawmakers, thought leaders, and advocates to address critical issues affecting marginalized communities. My ability to shape and guide these high-impact discussions has contributed to meaningful advancements in policy and legislation, furthering equity and justice on a national level.As a media figure, I have appeared on major networks such as ABC, NBC, CBS, and Fox News, advocating for transgender rights and raising awareness of the critical issues facing our community.
