I recently received a B.S. in neuroscience at the University of Oregon where I defended my honors thesis regarding various depression treatment modalities. Upon completing my undergraduate program, I began a five-year doctoral program at Rivier University to become a licensed psychologist. As part of my campus involvement, I joined the Rivier Cross Country team and was recently named GNAC runner of the year for my conference.While completing my first year of the program online, I am working as a sales associate for Alo Yoga.In my continued education, I am particularly drawn to exploring the intricate interplay between the mind and neuroplasticity. I am driven to deconstruct the complex web of biological, psychological, and environmental factors that influence an individual's path to wellness. I am particularly passionate about contributing to female adolescent and young adult mental healthcare, with a focus on holistic person-centered care.From there, I plan to establish a career in the Atlanta area and eventually use my credibility to launch my integrative health platform and work in science media.
