I am responsible for leading professional human service activities of the caregiver support program and other aging and disability resource center division services. My purpose is to deliver effective care services to family caregivers to ensure the adherence of Older Americans Act. In doing so, I identify requirements for skill improvement, organize training programs, and facilitate support groups. Other responsibilities include:• Managing and tracking the National Family Caregiver Support Program IIIE grant• Case management, training, informal counseling skills, and program development • Community outreach and developing partnerships with other community organizations
