Installed, maintained, and troubleshot LAN, WLAN, telephone, video, and fiber optic networks for clients.- Managed and coordinated on-site technical support for clients.- Conducted regular maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.- Managed inventory and replenished necessary tools and equipment.- Continuously updated technical knowledge and skills through training and certifications.- Acquired a deep understanding of network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, IPsec, and many others.- Strong knowledge of Network protocols, topologies and security mechanisms.- Familiar with different types of network devices and services, such as switches, routers, access points, and firewall.- Experience in configuring and troubleshoot network devices with different vendors such as Cisco, HP, Juniper, and etc.- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and document network changes.- Strong Technical background with relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA or equivalent.
