I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with both a Master of Science degree and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. I completed my APA-accredited predoctoral internship at Aurora Mental Health Center in Colorado. I am passionate about meeting people where they are at and helping them overcome challenging problems. I have significant experience treating both adults and adolescents suffering from self-harm, personality disorders, trauma, complicated grief, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and other complex issues. I also have experience working with diverse populations and is fluent in both Spanish and English. I provide both individual and group therapy and am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also provide psycho-diagnostic and neuropsychological evaluations. I am a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the National Latinx Psychological Association (NLPA).
