Everyday I rack my brains to help those who create initiatives that solve socio-environmental problems. That's why I have been an impact entrepreneur since 2007, when I co-founded Rede Tekoha.We pivoted our business several times until we got here.At the time, Rede Tekoha aimed to be the "Amazon" for products made by artisans from over 120 artisanal communities that were part of our network. Before the e-commerce boom in Brazil, we built an online store from scratch and established ourselves as one of the country's first social-businesses. This was at a time when other entrepreneurs, jurists, and the sector didn't even understand how a company could be profitable and, at the same time, meet a social demand.Throughout this journey, I have been deeply involved in the social and entrepreneurial field! I have worked as a consultant or part-time team member in organizations such as Social Good Brasil, Impact Hub, Ink, Artesol, Anjos do Brasil (Brazilian biggets Angel Investors Network) and I am an associate consultant at ponteAponte (the main Brazilian company that qualifies social private investment). In my professional work, I have supported organizations and entrepreneurs by coordinating projects funded by renowned institutions such as Accenture, C&A Institute, Telefônica Vivo Foundation, Camargo Corrêa Group, SEBRAE, Volkswagen Foundation, Natura & Co, Assaí Institute (a Brazilian Casino company), Cyrela Institute, Itaú Cultural, and IDB.I have never been the kind of person to have only one professional experience at a time. Throughout my career, I have developed facilitation skills for collective knowledge construction. In this process, I have been a lecturer at brazilian business schools, a content creator for colleges and universities, an evaluator and researcher in initiatives related to entrepreneurship, innovation, startups, ESG, as well as in socio-environmental impact management and project development.At Rede Tekoha, more than 15 years after its foundation, we support and strengthen many productive groups. Today, we help companies, foundations, institutes, and social organizations to develop competencies so that their teams can turn plans into action, generating real socio-environmental transformations.
