I am a strategic designer. I believe design is a liberal art for our technological age, meaning it should serve productively in the resolution of new problems and architectonically in the formation of inclusive communities.I work to help my clients integrate their strategies: interweaving central plans and distributed services to achieve strategic outcomes. To do this, I use conversation and visualisation to help leaders make choices and tell stories that align and move people. I also use design insights and foresights to help teams improve services, adjust roadmaps, and adapt frames to better respond to dynamic environments.
