Organic Genetics is a microbiome testing company that leverages DNA technology to deliver clear, online consumer reports. These reports provide personalized food and recipe recommendations, health scores, and tailored probiotic suggestions.

I was part of a small, internal startup team at IBM Security, focused on developing next-generation data infrastructure. In this role, I played a crucial role in making key architectural decisions for both the back-end and front-end of a new product intended for company-wide use. Collaborating closely with a senior software architect and one other team member, we built this prototype from scratch.

The Redwood Center is a premier global institution for research in artificial intelligence and machine learning. It adopts a biologically inspired approach to explore theoretical models of perception, cognition, learning, and motor functions. The focus is on developing biologically plausible models and uncovering the fundamental mechanisms they entail. The center is known for its intensive mathematical approach, utilizing advanced techniques in linear algebra, statistical mechanics, and physics. During my tenure, I collaborated with a graduate student at the Redwood Center, developing software with TensorFlow to approximate complex distributions.
