Oversaw Final Mile operations for two local distribution centers responsible for making deliveries to a five-state area.· Managed a team of up to 25 employees, both on-site and at remote locations.· Responsible for creating job descriptions, reviewing resumes, interviewing, and hiring drivers, managers, office workers, and other support staff for both locations.· Oversaw training and development of managers, drivers, and support staff through set meetings, and scheduled progress checks.
