I currently serve as an Underwriting Specialist at Lynx Specialty Insurance, where I focus on underwriting, marketing, quoting, and binding a profitable book of commercial E&S business. My role involves strategic decision making to meet profitability and growth targets while fostering strong client relationships.Previously, I worked as an E&S Property Underwriter for Munich Re Specialty - North America, managing and growing a successful book of business in the commercial property space. Prior to that, at American Modern Insurance Group, I handled large strategic relationships, driving profitable growth by aligning business opportunities with overarching strategies.Outside of my professional career, I bring a strong team-oriented mindset shaped by my experience as a quarterback for the University of Kentucky football team. Balancing a rigorous athletic and academic schedule as a full-time undergraduate and graduate student taught me the importance of leadership, resilience, and adaptability - qualities I carry into my work every day.
