Second in command of a Stryker Brigade Headquarters Company composed of 282 Soldiers, organized into 20 staff sections with over 30 different military occupational specialties. Directly accountable for equipment and assets worth in excess of $50 million. • Planned and supervised 2nd Brigade Headquarters through a 100% post-deployment reset. As a result, operational readiness (personnel and equipment) improved from 0% to 100% ahead of the 4 month timeline. • Coordinated two Brigade level tactical operations center training exercises to improve tactical responsiveness.

Officer in charge of leading, training, and redeploying a 28 person team to perform combat operations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Directly accountable for equipment valued at $15 million.• Spearheaded the strategic engineer implementation of anti-corruption measures at the Bayji Oil Refinery, the largest in Iraq, in order to reduce black market funding estimated by the pentagon at $2 billion per year.• Selected to operate independent of Battalion throughout the 12 month deployment. 2nd Brigade’s Engineer selection for prestigious augmentee assignment in the Southern Command Operational area. Monitored, tracked, and reported the situation, location, status and actions of all Joint Task Force-Bravo forces within the seven countries of the Central American Joint Operations Area. Coordinated drug interdiction missions as well as disaster relief and humanitarian assistance efforts throughout the Joint Operations Area, and provided situational reports to all subordinate commands.• Led the development of a common operating picture that enabled the Task Force Commander and staff to effectively monitor ongoing Joint Operations as well as illicit air and maritime activity within the region.•Selected as Joint Liaison Officer as part of the Drug Enforcement Agency’s Foreign-deployed Advisory Support Team (FAST) during Operation Anvil.
