PICSIX Creative was an integrated marketing and creative agency operated by Pegula Sports and Entertainment. The venture was operated side-by-side with the in-house agency of the Buffalo Bills + Sabres with concurrent responsibilities.Led projects through the entire production process, navigating directly with clients and our internal team to ensure quality while delivering on-time, and on-budget. Clients included New Era Cap, University at Buffalo, Canisius College, and the Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Foundation.Defined the scope of projects including forecasting, budgeting, estimating, and managed the resource allocation process with our internal team and external team as workload required.Led New Era Cap’s 2019 NFL campaign that included multi-discipline assets, production shoots, coordination between internal and external teams, and direct management of the operating budget.Award Winning Creative: Won a NY Emmy Award for our UB Boldly Buffalo campaign video series.

As the Lead Producer for the Rochester Americans Broadcast I was responsible for all live and produced content, storylines, sponsored segments, and collaborated with the on-air talent, along with leading the production staff, to achieve a high quality and informative AHL hockey game.
