 Assisted in construction and erection of the Burlington Youth Soccer Club dome at Sherwood Forrest Park.  Assisted in grading, preparing and constructing the athletic track at the M.M. Robinson High School in Burlington. Worked closely with Carpenter, site foreman, general labours as well as other trades during extensive renovations to various residential contracts with $200,000 budgets or less.  Framed homes, built catwalks, stairs and hand cut roofs, hung dry wall, installed cabinets trim, and flooring.

 Collected and identified stamped and component parts, organized them onto tugger truck trailers and delivered them to their assigned weld cell within thirty minutes or less. Licensed tugger truck and forklift operator. Maintained neat work area and performed other duties as assigned. Trained new employees on proper safety, identification and execution of parts collection and delivery for multiple tugger routes.  Worked safely and followed PPE requirements at all times on factory floor.

 Completed project within budget. Designed and renovated two residential rental units for landlord. Discussed layout, prepared drawings, planned renovation and scheduled tradesmen. Installed kitchen and washroom uppers, washroom vanity, drop ceiling, and bulk head with use of a level, chalk line, shims, ladder, compact drill, and screw drivers. Post renovation income increased $225 per month. Utilized a wide range of carpentry power tools including: reciprocating saw, circular saw, miter saw, impact driver, compact drill, jig saw, table saw, plainer, and nail gun. Built new wooden platform for employee entrance.  Competed project within budget. Designed and renovated one residential unit as well as upgraded store front landscape for landlord. Laid sod, planted Dogwoods, Tulips, and Hostas. Utilized a wide range of landscaping equipment including: cultivators, shovel, hoe, hand fork, transplanting shovel and spade shovel, wheelbarrow and push lawnmower.
