I am a results driven third-year student pursing a BBA Finance and BBA Economics degrees from the University of Iowa. My anticipated graduation is May of 2026. During my academic journey, I have developed a passion for the world of finance and honed my analytical skills and developed an understanding for making data-driven financial decisions. My aspiration is to use my finance education to make smart financial decisions for myself and others. I am particularly interested in areas such as investment analysis, financial planning, and risk management.Outside of my academic pursuits, I am an active member of Sigma Pi Xi chapter, where I build relationships and network through formal events, philanthropy events, and brotherhood events.I have worked a wide variety of jobs ranging from physical labor to customer service jobs. I worked customer service at Dicks Sporting Goods where I pitched credit card applications to every customer that walked in. That experience helped me develop my sales techniques and verbal communication skills. I am currently a bartender at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill. Working at a high-end restaurant has helped me develop my professionalism and my ability to resolve conflict and always satisfy the guest.I am committed to continuous growth and am currently enhancing my skills in financial modeling, accounting, analysis, and programming skills to prepare myself for the demands of the financial industry.
