Machine Technician
Current• Operate complex automated equipment and perform mechanical adjustments and repairs to production equipment used in the manufacture of ammunition components.• Interpret and process fault data to arrive at the root cause.• Troubleshoot camera measurement systems and calibrate as needed.• Perform routine preventative maintenance on production machines.• Troubleshoot and correct sensor misalignments as needed.• Visually inspect product using a variety of gages, measures completed product to insure manufacturing specifications are achieved. • Complete hardness testing ,chemical checks and other quality checks as needed.• Obey safety rules and regulations and wear proper safety equipment• Run multiple machines as needed to support the manufacturing process.• Repairs ,conditions and test machine set up and tooling.• Fabricate and maintain conveyers and bucket elevators.
