Currently working at Monarch Investment and Management Group as a portfolio performance analyst. My day-to-day consists of creating reports, fashioning recommendations based upon the reporting and data generation / consolidation, and rolling out quick moving and adaptable scalable solutions to the organizational inefficiencies, issues, or opportunities that present themselves across the portfolio. Asset analytics on-site are used to streamline projects through clear communication and project planning. Always prioritizing my corporate operations and decisions with both scale and ethical consideration in mind. I manage vender analysis and and relationship procurement that directly dives into nationally exclusive contract development (and specialized one off items that can’t be scaled) and expansion of them across all facets of the multi-family space. Special project management and the development of scalable and efficient solutions to the largest recurring issues on site is perhaps my favorite part of the job.Formerly a custom construction project manager for Timeless Custom Homes Inc. and still REALTOR® with Equity Real Estate real estate. I helped scale Timeless Custom homes through the implementation of efficient backend systems, robust analysis on potential investments, and relationship development. This experience as a manager taught me how to communicate effectively and manage projects with multiple stakeholders who have a high degree of emotion invested. I received my degree from Stanford University in Science, Technology, and Society concentrating in Innovation and Organization, minoring in Political Science concentrating in Economic Development. During this time I was also on the Varsity Men's Gymnastics team from 2014-2018. In Washington D.C. I was an Analyst on the Client Strategies team at Targeted Victory from July 2, 2018 - November 2018. At Targeted Victory I worked on 10 political campaign clients for election races. As the Analyst on the Client Strategies team I handled the client communication, then turned around and was the point person for all email fundraising, persuasion marketing campaigns, advertising and copywriting content creation, close communication with the advertising operation team to make sure advertising and design budgets are being used the most efficiently. While at Targeted Victory I learned how to run at the "speed of politics" and handle multiple separate clients and multiple teams under each client. I also worked on with the Data Analytics utilizing Google Data Studio, Google, Analytics, and Victory Passport.
